Sweet Ava was one of the easiest babies to photograph. She sat so well, and was mostly smiles throughout all of her wardrobe changes! I adore all of these soft, feminine images and can't wait to see her back for her cake smash session!
Our first wedding of 2017 was the perfect way to kick off wedding season! I knew May would be a hard month because I had just found out I was pregnant, and we had three weekends in a row that we would be shooting weddings! I have to say, this couple made our job so simple. They were easy to please, had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed their own wedding day so much. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Michels - keep smiling at one another, because it makes this hormonal lady tear up a little :).
As I have mentioned before, Extended Family Sessions are intended to capture any combo in the group, as well as the whole clan, in one session, to match backgrounds! This always works well because when my clients go to hang these images on their wall, they go together in their home, for a more uniform color pallet. This family is about to grow with grand-babies, so it's nice to capture the original crew before adding babies, toddlers and children for a much larger photo! There's always time for that update :).
Lots of people want to know the difference between a regular Family Session and an Extended Family Session. The packages are designed so every pose and combination may be captured without each family paying a session fee. I always joke about these sessions, saying that I will literally take any photos your family is up for! For this Extended Family Session, we were able to capture the large group, grandchildren, couples, individual families, and even a maternity shot for Julie! Who wants to book another session - we can get it all done at once!
